Shipping & order
We ship to most European Union countries — France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy.
• France: about 4 to 6 business days.
• Belgium: about 4 to 6 business days.
• Germany: about 3 to 5 business days.
• Spain: about 4 to 6 business days.
• Italy: about 4 to 6 business days.
These timings are estimates.
No, we currently do not ship to the French overseas territories.
You'll receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel within 1 to 2 business days. You can also track your parcel by signing in to "My account" → "Orders".
Once an order is confirmed we can no longer cancel or change it. If you want to add a product, you'll need to place a new order directly on the site.
Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact Paper Transfer customer service and we'll re-send it.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
Heat-transfer vinyl
Our heat-transfer vinyls resist more than 60 machine washes at 30 °C. To keep a clean, durable result for as long as possible, follow the recommended application settings, wait 24 hours before the first wash, then wash your garment inside out without fabric softener. With a good application and proper care, your design stays beautiful wash after wash.
You can customise many fabrics with heat-transfer vinyl: cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, nylon, lycra, jute canvas and many more.
Our heat-transfer vinyls are compatible with every machine on the market: Silhouette Cameo, Cricut, LOKLiK, ScanNCut, VEVOR, etc.
