Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern every order placed on transfer-paper.com. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the day of your order.

Our site is operated by Paper Transfer, registered in France. You can reach us at contact@paper-transfer.com for any question about these terms or your order.

2. Products

The products sold on this site are heat-transfer vinyls and related accessories for textile customisation. Each product page describes the item, its application settings and the colours or roll sizes on offer.

Photos and renderings are as accurate as possible but small variations in shade or finish may occur from one batch to another.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm payment.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online through the checkout flow. You confirm your order by validating the cart, entering your billing and shipping details and paying.

We accept payment by credit or debit card and through other methods made available at checkout (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, Bancontact). Payment is collected when you confirm the order.

An order is only formed once we send a confirmation email. If a product is unavailable after you've ordered it, we will tell you within a reasonable delay and refund the corresponding amount.

5. Title retention

We retain title to the goods until you have paid the price in full, including any shipping fees. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union you have 14 days from the day of delivery to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@paper-transfer.com with your order number and intent to return. Return shipping is at your charge unless the item is damaged or non-conforming.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

7. Delivery

We ship across the European Union. Indicative delivery times are 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination, from the day after we hand the parcel to the carrier.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided by French law (articles L.217-3 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

If the product you received does not match the description or shows a manufacturing defect, contact us with a photo and your order number so we can resolve the situation.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any consequence arising from a misuse of the products outside the application settings indicated on the product page.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, photos, text and other content on this site belong to Paper Transfer or are used with permission. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your order, ship it, manage the customer relationship and, when you opt in, send you marketing messages. The full details are in our Privacy policy.

12. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we will first try to find an amicable solution. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
