1Purpose

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Paper Transfer and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the transfer-paper.com website. The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read before placing their order.

Paper Transfer reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the order is placed by the buyer.

2Products

The products offered are those that appear on the transfer-paper.com website operated by Paper Transfer, subject to available stock. Paper Transfer reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description setting out its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are in no way binding on the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the transfer-paper.com website is intended for all buyers residing in France, Switzerland and Belgium.

Regarding Reseller Flex pricing (rolls sold in a 60 cm x 25 metre size). The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 3 rolls; if this rule is not met, we will not be able to send you the rolls and we will issue you a refund.

For rolls measuring 30 cm x 25 cm or 30 cm x 1 metre, there is no minimum order quantity required.

3Prices

The prices shown on the product pages of the online catalogue are prices in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products. Paper Transfer reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices shown do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased, based on the total amount of the order. In mainland France, for any order, shipping costs of 4.95 € incl. tax will be charged to the buyer.

4Orders and payment terms

On each visit, the buyer, if they wish to place an order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), must log in using this information. Paper Transfer lets the buyer order and pay for their products using one of 2 payment options:

Payment by bank transfer

the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “basket”, makes any changes if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), and checks the delivery address or enters a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and shown to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Next, the buyer chooses their preferred payment method: “Payment by transfer”. Once confirmed, the buyer receives a purchase order confirming that their order has been recorded. To finalise their payment and trigger the processing of their order, the buyer must contact their bank to make a transfer for the amount of their order to Paper Transfer's bank account, the details of which are provided to the buyer. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be notified by email. Paper Transfer will ship the products 1 to 3 working days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order, subject to cleared funds.

Secure payment by Paypal or bank card (via the PAYPAL system)

the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “basket”, makes any changes if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), and checks the delivery address or enters a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and shown to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Next, the buyer chooses their preferred payment method: “Payment by Paypal”. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface to safely enter their Paypal account or personal bank card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or by bank card is irrevocable.

Confirming an order entails acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgement of having full knowledge of them and waiver of any right to rely on one's own purchasing conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has entered it on their purchase order, Paper Transfer will send them confirmation by email that their order has been recorded.

If the buyer wishes to contact Paper Transfer, they can do so by email at the following address: contact@papier-transfert.fr .

5Retention of title

Paper Transfer retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until the price has been paid in full, including principal, costs and taxes.

6Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

7Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the purchase order, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are shipped by La Poste via COLISSIMO or by Tracked Letter, a delivery service with tracking, handed over without a signature. Deliveries can also be made to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay. Delivery times are given for guidance only; if they exceed 45 days from the order, the contract of sale may be cancelled and the buyer refunded. Paper Transfer may provide the buyer with the tracking number for their parcel by email. The buyer is delivered to their home by their postal carrier. If the buyer is absent, they will receive a delivery notice from their postal carrier, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest Post Office within a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave Paper Transfer's premises. Upon delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging and its contents in the presence of the La Poste official or the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within 10 days of delivery.

The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address that the CUSTOMER indicated during the ordering process.

Dispatch time

The time needed to prepare an order and then issue the invoice, before dispatching the PRODUCTS in stock, is 1 to 2 working days. These times exclude weekends and public holidays.

For heat-transfer Flex and Vinyls, dispatch times are 2 to 3 working days.

For other items, dispatch times are 10 to 20 working days.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are fixed; they are 4.95 euros in mainland France

Delivery is made by Colissimo or by La Poste Tracked Letter (depending on the weight of the parcel).

⚠️ Important information about the delivery of rolls

• If you order several rolls of the same size and colour, they may be delivered as a single continuous length.

Example: 👉 Two rolls of 30cm x 1m will be sent as a single roll of 30cm x 2m.

• Please also note that some rolls may occasionally be delivered in two parts. This happens when we reach the end of a roll and have to use a new roll to complete your order. This in no way affects the quality of the heat-transfer flex.
