Accepted return reasons
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. We also accept returns for products that arrive damaged or do not match the description.
Opened, used or partially cut vinyl rolls cannot be returned for hygiene and resale reasons.
Return process
Write to us at contact@paper-transfer.com with your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and any specific instructions.
Return shipping is at your charge unless the item is damaged or non-conforming. We recommend a trackable shipping method to avoid lost parcels.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to a damaged or non-conforming product.
