Return policy
You have 15 days after receiving your order to contact us, then 10 days to make your return or exchange, with Paper Transfer.
Accepted return reasons
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Item damaged in transit
- Item that does not match your order
How to return an item
To make a return, first contact our Customer Service team through the Contact us page. You have 15 days after delivery to get in touch, then 10 days to send the parcel back once your return has been accepted.
If you are returning an item that is in good condition and unused because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, along with your order number or proof of purchase, to the following address:

If the issue is on our end, for example a missing item, one damaged in transit or one that does not match your order, we will cover the resolution ourselves once we have checked it.
Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 20 days. The credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or to the payment method you used when placing the order.
