Shipping policy

Delivery times

Orders placed before 1 pm CET are usually handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. From there, indicative delivery times are:

• France: 4 to 6 business days
• Germany: 3 to 5 business days
• Belgium: 4 to 6 business days
• Spain: 4 to 6 business days
• Italy: 4 to 6 business days
• Other EU countries: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. Orders over €100 ship for free across the European Union.

We currently do not ship to the French overseas territories.

Tracking and receipt

You will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 2 business days of placing the order. You can also track your parcel from the "My account" → "Orders" page if you ordered while signed in.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier first; if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, write to us at contact@paper-transfer.com and we will help.
