Our orders are prepared and shipped from our European distribution center. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.
Delivery times
We deliver across the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination country and are clearly shown on the order page, before you confirm your purchase.
Deliveries to the French offshore islands (Île de Ré, Île d'Yeu, Belle-Île-en-Mer, Groix, Ouessant, and others) and to Corsica are charged a flat rate of €24.95. Certain remote areas of Italy and Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) carry a delivery surcharge, shown the same way before payment. Free shipping on orders over €100 still applies to all these destinations.
Tracking and delivery
All our shipments are tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Your parcel will be delivered directly to your home, either in your mailbox or handed to you in person. If you are away, the carrier will leave you a delivery notice.
