Eligibility Requirements

  • At least 5,000 followers on one platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or another platform)
  • Applications are subject to approval: we reserve the right to decline any application
  • €50 worth of free heat transfer vinyl 🎁 when you join the program
  • Complete creative freedom: your content does not require our approval
  • No exclusivity required: you're free to try, use, and recommend heat transfer vinyl or equipment from other brands

The 3 Commission Tiers

The more you grow, the more you earn. Here's how our commission structure works:

TIER 1
Starter
  • 5% discount across the entire store
  • 3% commission on all products (excluding VAT and shipping)
How to reach Tier 2:
Publish 2 product-related posts on at least one social media platform.
TIER 2
Established
  • 5% discount across the entire store
  • 6% commission on heat transfer vinyl and accessories (excluding VAT and shipping)
  • 3% commission on machines (excluding VAT and shipping)
How to reach Tier 3:
Generate at least €800 in monthly sales for 3 consecutive months.
TIER 3 ⭐
Ambassador
  • 5% discount across the entire store
  • 12% commission on heat transfer vinyl and accessories (excluding VAT and shipping)
  • 3% commission on machines (excluding VAT and shipping)
  • 🎁 €100 worth of free heat transfer vinyl every 3 months
How to maintain your tier:
Generate at least €600 in sales per month.

Changes to Program Terms

The Transfer Paper affiliate program is designed to build simple, transparent, and long-term partnerships. Commission rates, tiers, and rewards may change over time, either increasing or decreasing, to ensure the program continues to run smoothly.

  • If any changes are made, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
  • Changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date. Any commissions already approved will remain valid and will be paid according to the usual schedule.
  • If you're not happy with the new terms, you're free to leave the affiliate program at any time.
In the event of serious violations, Transfer Paper reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership immediately, without prior notice. This includes fraud, false claims, misleading content, illegal, hateful, or discriminatory statements, or any behavior that could harm Transfer Paper or its customers.

Your Discount Code Has Unlimited Uses

Your customers can use your code as many times as they like. Every time they place an order using your code, you earn a commission!

It's a great benefit to offer your community: your code isn't just for first-time orders. Your followers can use it again and again on future purchases.

Important: for a sale to be credited to you, the customer must place their order using either your affiliate link or your discount code (at least one of the two). Otherwise, we won't be able to attribute the commission to you.

Easily Track Your Sales and Commissions

You'll have access to your own affiliate dashboard, where you can track:

  • The sales you've generated
  • Your earned, paid, and pending commissions
  • Your affiliate link and the discount code dedicated to your community
  • Your current commission tier

Everything is in one place, so you can see exactly how much you're earning through your discount code and affiliate link.

How Commission Payments Work

Commissions are paid starting one month after they're generated on the website. Payments are made on the 15th of every month.

This approximately one-month waiting period helps protect against commissions on refunded orders. If a customer places an order using your code but receives an approved refund within 30 days, the corresponding commission will automatically be canceled.

Please note: if you haven't earned at least €10 in commissions by the payment date, your earnings will remain available in your affiliate dashboard. They'll carry over and be paid on the next applicable monthly payment date once you've reached the minimum payout threshold.

We can also share your product-related content on @transferpaper.shop to give you more exposure and help our community discover your profile.

By sending us a video, you agree that:

  • There is no limit to the number of cross-posts on @transferpaper.shop, but all posts are subject to our approval. Our goal is to showcase your work.
  • If you forget to share a post with us, we may repost your video and tag you.
  • Your discount code cannot appear in cross-posts shared with @transferpaper.shop.
