We answer your questions
Everything you need to know before getting started with textile customisation with Paper Transfer.
We ship to most European Union countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. These timings are estimates.
No, we currently do not ship to the French overseas territories.
You'll receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel within 1 to 2 business days. You can also track your parcel by signing in to "My account" → "Orders".
Once an order is confirmed we can no longer cancel or change it. If you want to add a product, you'll need to place a new order directly on the site.
Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact Paper Transfer customer service and we'll re-send it.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
