How long does delivery take?

We ship to most European Union countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. These timings are estimates.

How do I track my parcel after ordering?

You'll receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel within 1 to 2 business days. You can also track your parcel by signing in to "My account" → "Orders".

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is confirmed we can no longer cancel or change it. If you want to add a product, you'll need to place a new order directly on the site.

Where do I find my invoice?

Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact Transfer Paper customer service and we'll re-send it.

How do I return my parcel?

Accepted Answer

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used HTV cannot be refunded.

How many machine washes does the vinyl resist?

Accepted Answer

Our heat transfer vinyls resist more than 60 machine washes at 30 °C. To keep a clean, durable result for as long as possible, follow the recommended application settings, wait 24 hours before the first wash, then wash your garment inside out without fabric softener. With a good application and proper care, your design stays beautiful wash after wash.

You can customise many fabrics with heat transfer vinyl: cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, nylon, lycra, jute canvas and many more.

Our heat transfer vinyls are compatible with every machine on the market: Silhouette Cameo, Cricut, LOKLiK, ScanNCut, VEVOR, etc.

If you run into a cutting issue, contact us at contact@papier-transfert.fr with a photo of the result, the name of the vinyl you used, your machine model and the settings you applied. With this information we can understand the situation better and help you find the right settings.
