Adhesive vinyl is a consumable that lets you create your own logos and stick them onto many kinds of surfaces (indoor windows, walls, frames, and more).
So we're going to look at the methods and techniques you can use to personalize the everyday surfaces and objects around you with adhesive vinyl.
1 - Reaching out to object personalization and marking companies
Marking and object personalization companies can be a great alternative if you don't have much time.
You can order your vinyl stickers directly from companies that specialize in this field, and they'll handle the cutting for you. All you'll have to do is place them on the surface you want.
For example, if you run a brick-and-mortar shop and you want to dress up your storefront window with some marking, you can ask them to personalize the stickers for you.
The advantage of this method is that you don't need to buy a cutting machine to personalize the vinyl stickers yourself. That said, the process is expensive, especially for small quantities, and the turnaround time for personalization can sometimes be very long.
Here are a few personalization companies that could help you bring your marking project to life:
2 - Buying adhesive vinyl and creating your own vinyl stickers
The second method is to make your own vinyl stickers yourself. If you're passionate about crafting and DIY, you're going to love this method.
Adhesive vinyl is being used more and more these days to personalize all sorts of objects, whether to show off your brand or simply add a nice visual.
That said, it's hard to find quality adhesive vinyl to personalize everyday surfaces and objects, because most manufacturers only work with large companies, and this marking method is recent, so there aren't many businesses that sell these consumables directly...
That's why we decided to create our own adhesive vinyl range, offering the best quality possible. We offer 3 different types of adhesive vinyl, each with its own original touch:
Glossy Vinyl

Glossy vinyl is our Best Seller. It lets you create your own logos with a style that reflects the sunlight. This vinyl is often used to make logos on frames, on windows, and more.
Matte Adhesive Vinyl

Matte vinyl has a softer feel, and once placed on a surface, it looks minimalist and professional. Matte vinyl is often used to personalize small glass objects.
Glitter Vinyl

As the name suggests, glitter vinyl lets you make creations full of sparkle. Unlike matte vinyl, glitter vinyl really stands out in the decor.
3 - What tools do you need to create your own vinyl stickers?
It's important to note that to make your own adhesive vinyl stickers, you'll need to get the right equipment.
Here are all the tools you'll need to create vinyl stickers:
1 - Vinyl to create your stickers
Adhesive vinyl is, of course, the essential product for personalizing your stickers. The vinyl has 2 distinct surfaces: one is the cardboard backing (the carrier) and the other is PVC (this part is the actual sticker).
2 - The Cutting Machine

To create your design, you'll need a cutting machine. You can find one for around 300 euros, the best known being the Silhouette Cameo machines and the Cricut machines.
The machine lets you cut the adhesive vinyl into the shape of your logo. You'll also need to install software to load the design into the machine (the software is free).
3 - Transfer Tape
This roll of tape lets you transfer your vinyl to place it on the surface you want. Without this tool, it will be very hard to stick your logo onto surfaces.
4 - Application squeegee

The squeegee is handy for applying your logo correctly onto surfaces. Thanks to this tool, the vinyl will stay firmly stuck to the surface.
We hope these tips help you complete your project and create a vinyl sticker of your own!
